How to Capture Cinematic Drone Video

Fly Slowly
Slow movements create cinematic footage.
Practicing at low level first getting your controls well in hand will do a lot to save you time and frustration once you get to your higher elevation shots.
Reveal Shots
Start behind an object then slowly rise to reveal the landscape.
Orbit Shots
Fly in a circle around a subject to create dynamic motion.
A beginner mistake is to orbit in place. Unless you are or unless you are orbit closeups really slow, I found it is really choppy and not effective.
